Tammy brings to the table over 30 years of experience in business administration, management and operations and oversees the company's human resource, marketing and business operations.

She provides the leadership and the operational processes necessary to fulfill our vision of bringing 'excellence' in everything we do.  She is instrumental in creating and implementing policies and procedures that promote our company culture and core values and is a champion for our clients and our team.


Kelli DeTray

Chief Financial Officer

As the Chief Financial Officer, Kelli is a vital member of our executive management team.  She came to us via California where she was a business owner and the financial manager of her company.  She has a strong background in accounting, business operations and financial risk management.

She is results-driven and acts as a compass, positively directing the financial aspects of our company. 

Andy Anderson, CISR

Director of Account Management

Andy directs and supports the account management team, ensuring cost-efficient insurance solutions and outstanding service to our clients.  With his CISR designation (Certified Insurance Service Representative) and vast technical knowledge, Andy leads by example and is a hands-on manager.  


Being adopted himself, Andy has a special place in his heart for the social service community. He is thankful to work for a company that has the best interest of their clients at heart and is passionate about the work that they do. 


Sandra Zuck, CISR, ARM

Chief Claims Officer

Sandra is our Chief Claims Officer and a designated Associate in Risk Management (ARM) professional.  She has a strong foundation in risk management and leads the claims team in providing exceptional claims management services to our clients. 

​She loves working for a company that is dedicated in giving back and making a difference in the world. She enjoys the rapport she has built with her clients and looks forward too many more years serving the social service community.
